1.  Can anyone's teeth be whitened?
No, everyone must be assessed first by the dentist to determine if your case is suitable. If you had previous dental work done on your front teeth, it may be difficult to enhance the colour of the old filling material for example. We provide complimentary teeth whitening assesment for every patient before we proceed.


2.  I had a crown done few years ago and now I have
 unsightly dark lines at the gum level, will my new crowns
 end up looking the same way?

No way! The crowns, bridges and implants that we do at our practice now are made of pure porcelain with no metal. Therefore, the crowns are quite safe and the metal will not show through with time.

By the way, we are proud of our laboratory and consider it as one of the best labs in Melbourne.



3.  Do you guarantee your work?
This is an important question to most people who are contemplating investing into their dental health. Although there are no guarantees in medicine and dentistry in general because individuals may react differently to similar types of treatment, we do provide a guarantee for our work.

It is imperative though, that you protect your investment by attending our practice for regular examinations and hygiene cleans at intervals as specified by our dentists and hygienists.

4.  Do you provide special payment plans for larger cases?
Yes, we do! We encourage our clients to discuss at length this and other similar financial questions are that are of interest to you before proceeding with any kind of treatment. We now offer 6 to 12 months interest free payment plans through Care Credit.



5.  Do you ever have special offers for bleaching and
 other services?
Yes, we do. Often, we advertise our special offers in our newsletter or on the web, however, feel free to call us at any time to see if we have special offers for our clients. Also, we like to thank our existing clients for their generous referrals of their friends and family by offering them our special offers.


6.  How much notice do you need in order to make an
 appointment at your practice?
As you would imagine we are a busy practice, however we reserve special appointment times every day for the New Clients, Emergencies and Clients with urgent needs.
